As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing service schedules, and ensuring efficient daily operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our customers and drivers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to company standards. This role is perfect for someone who quickly understands business operations, is passionate about customer service, and can keep track of all the details.
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to address service needs, delays, or changes.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly.
3+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role preferred.
- Logistics and routing skills are considered an asset.
- Solid operational and field level awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- High level of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in dispatching or scheduling software is an asset.
