Bartender- Mixologist - Full Time

Adheres to Serving it Right standards while providing an exceptional food and beverage experience

• Attends to guests in the bar and lounge as needed
• Crafts alcoholic beverages for 75 West Coast Grill Restaurant/Bar guests with creativity and attention to detail
• Promotes food and beverage program with enthusiasm
• Performs quality check with guests within 5 minutes of serving food/drink
• Maintains bar stock levels and prepares and cleans bar as needed
• Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to resolve guest matters
• Supports the Food & Beverage team as needed
• Good knowledge of food, wine, spirits and craft beer with at least 2+ years bartending experience preferred.

• Full-time/regular positions require open availability , however shifts are typically in the afternoon/evenings, where weekends and stat holidays are non-negotiable particularly during major holidays where *blackout time off is expected*.
• WSET certificate great asset.
• Technical skills should include experience with Micros or a similar POS System
• Serving it Right” certification required.
