Overnight Weekend Assistant Manager

The Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for one of our iconic dining outlets. Assist with recruiting, training, and developing team members to maximize performance and satisfaction.
Assist with the development of menus, wine lists, service delivery and standards of F&B operations
Working knowledge of point of sale systems (ideally Micros), and Microsoft Office
Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
