Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• 5 years of experience in people management.

Experience in managing and optimizing vendor models for learning services or similar functions.
Track record of success in developing and implementing strategic vendor management solutions.
Ability to lead innovation and drive transformation within complex vendor ecosystems.
As a Lead Solution Strategist, you will build the future of vendor engagement within Google Cloud's Vendor Management Organization (VMO). You will be responsible for driving solutions, innovation, and transformation across areas. This includes leading the vendorization strategy for the global business development operations, identifying and implementing innovative solutions from our extensive vendor ecosystem, and defining and managing the performance. You will be instrumental in transforming the VMO into an AI-driven enterprise and driving transformation. Your position offers a unique opportunity to forge outcome-based partnerships with executive industry leaders, leverage technology-driven service models for enhanced delivery control, and establish new benchmarks for partnerships within the industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 224,000-230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Develop and execute a comprehensive vendorization strategy tailored to the unique needs of the global business development organization across multiple customer segments, optimizing vendor spend and performance.
