AI-driven Purchasing Automation (B2B)
We are looking for a Chief Product Officer / CEO to co-found a new AI-driven startup focused on purchasing automation.
This is a hands-on founder role, not a corporate product position.
You will be responsible for building the product from zero: validating the problem, shaping the MVP, iterating based on user feedback, and co-managing the company together with the founding team.
Your mission is to transform purchasing automation into a scalable, repeatable product by combining product strategy, AI capabilities, user validation, and business thinking in an early-stage, high-uncertainty environment.
Designing and validating the product vision and long-term product strategy,
Translating customer problems into AI-driven product solutions,
Building the product from scratch:
continuous iteration based on user feedback and data,
Leading hands-on product development in an agile environment,
Working closely with engineering, data, and AI teams,
Monitoring AI, automation, and purchasing/procurement trends,
Designing and analysing product KPIs:
Running structured product experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate),
Building and leading a small, high-impact product team.
At least 3+ years - proven track record as CPO, Product Manager, or Product Owner,
Proven experience in building products from scratch (0 → MVP → iteration),
Strong understanding of AI technologies and current trends,
Hands-on experience with agile product development and user validation,
C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish.
Experience working on AI / ML-based products,
Understanding of B2B procurement or purchasing automation processes,
Experience with international teams or global product rollouts,
Opportunity to build an AI startup from scratch within a proven venture-building model,
Remuneration: at least PLN 17 000 net B2B + VAT,
Performance-based bonus,
Equity package in the co-created startup,
Agreement on cooperation terms (remuneration + equity)
