We are seeking an experienced CTO to spearhead our technology initiatives and drive innovation within our organization. As a key leader, you will oversee the development of advanced applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js , and React, ensuring that our technological framework aligns with our business goals. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be essential in optimizing our development processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in a leadership role within a product company (live casino is a plus)
— Solid technical and architectural background in building secure, high-performance systems
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas
- Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring that our platform remains cutting-edge, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s growth
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
- Work closely with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure that the technology meets both current and future needs of the business
- Supervise the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and iteration. Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products on time
- Identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvements in development processes. Establish and track key performance metrics
- Oversee the identification of technological risks and the development of mitigation strategies. Technology Stack:
