Eventscape is looking for a skilled, dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of three commercial buildings. We specialize in engineering, fabricating, and installing cutting-edge projects for top architects, designers, developers, contractors, and artists.
Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies as needed.
Monitor the buildings for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Perform seasonal duties such as snow and ice removal from entrances and walkways (if applicable).
Complete light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and minor repairs where appropriate.
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
Travel between the three assigned buildings according to a scheduled route.
Have previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance work (preferred).
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Communicate professionally with contractors, and team members.
Are familiar with safe handling and use of cleaning products and equipment.
