We are seeking a skilled and dependable Flatbed / Rotary Screen Press Operator to join our team in the production of secure documents for clients around the world. The ideal candidate will be fully trained, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
Operate both Rotary and Flatbed screen equipment printing onto paper, plastics, films, cards, substrates, or finished printed sheets.
Loading, unloading, restacking, and accurate counting of raw materials.
Monitoring the quality and consistency of the product during the run to the reference standard or sign off sheet
Handle chemicals and materials safely and efficiently.
Ensure all mechanical, electrical and electronic controls are in good working order, clean and in adjustment prior to and after usage
Document production activities and report any issues or irregularities.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet production goals.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
Fluent (speak, read, write) in English

• Able to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret level security clearance
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Able to work all shifts and a reasonable amount of overtime if required
