Director of Operations (Kanata Office)

Job Responsibility:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job is responsible for supporting the logistics, operations, risk management and financial management of new university initiatives and related partnerships initiatives of Kanata office.

Qualifications:

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of leadership practices in people management, strategic planning and risk management, policy development, financial management and stakeholder relationship management
• Knowledge of program marketing and communications
• Knowledge of service contracting
• Knowledge of government programs available to support university research and leverage opportunities

Education and Experience:

The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

• Master's degree in business, education or a related discipline
• Minimum of ten years of previous experience in progressive leadership roles
