Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

Levelwear is seeking an established Field Sales Representative to own and grow our business in the PGA Metropolitan Section, covering Connecticut, Westchester County, and Long Island. This is one of our most important US markets, with a high concentration of private clubs and premium golf shops.
You'll build long-term partnerships with golf shops and specialty retailers and show buyers how Levelwear fits in their assortment alongside luxury brands, giving their members and guests a premium option at an accessible price point.
Own sales for the Connecticut, Westchester County, and Long Island territory and grow revenue across new and existing accounts.
Leverage existing relationships with head professionals, merchandisers, and buyers at private clubs and golf shops.
Identify and pursue new business with golf shops and other relevant retail outlets.
Position Levelwear within premium assortments, helping buyers see the sales opportunity of adding an accessible price point next to luxury brands.
Provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the Levelwear sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
2 to 3+ years of field sales experience in the Metropolitan Section territory (Connecticut, Westchester County, and/or Long Island).
- Established contacts with golf shops and private clubs in the territory.
- Experience selling golf apparel or related products to green grass and specialty retail accounts.
- Comfort selling into premium, white-collar markets and handling price and brand positioning conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
Existing book of business or active accounts in the Metropolitan Section.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis.
Straight 10% commission structure with strong earning potential in a high-value territory.
Support from an experienced Levelwear sales leadership team.
Flexible, as long as you can cover Connecticut, Westchester County, and Long Island regularly.
