A leading global provider is seeking a Contact Sales Representative to join its growing team in Burlington, Ontario. With a strong reputation for innovation, technical expertise, and customer-focused solutions, the company serves a wide range of industrial sectors across Canada.
Your New Role
As a Contact Sales Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build relationships, and drive sales growth through consultative selling. You'll handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and opportunities while identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help deliver solutions that
What You'll Need to Succeed
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Instrumentation, Process Control, Automation, Electronics, or a related technical discipline
2–3 years of inside sales experience within instrumentation, automation, process control, or a similar technical environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities
Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with consultative selling techniques is considered an asset
