What You'll Need to Succeed

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Instrumentation, Process Control, Automation, Electronics, or a related technical discipline
• 2–3 years of inside sales experience within instrumentation, automation, process control, or a similar technical environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities
• Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with consultative selling techniques is considered an asset
