A leading global provider is seeking a Contact Sales Representative to join its growing team in Burlington, Ontario. With a strong reputation for innovation, technical expertise, and customer-focused solutions, the company serves a wide range of industrial sectors across Canada.
Your New Role
As a Contact Sales Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build relationships, and drive sales growth through consultative selling. You'll handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and opportunities while identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help deliver solutions that
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Instrumentation, Process Control, Automation, Electronics, or a related technical discipline
- 2–3 years of inside sales experience within instrumentation, automation, process control, or a similar technical environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with consultative selling techniques is considered an asset
- Competitive salary of $90,000-$100,000 annually
