As a Product Owner, you’ll be working with our Product Team and will be instrumental in shaping the foundations and shared capabilities of our All-in-One Platform (AIOP), ensuring our Employment Operating System scales seamlessly across all global markets. Delivering shared capabilities (Identity, Permissions, Data Models) that enable internal teams to build and ship features 2x faster.

Ensuring 99.9% uptime and high-performance standards for all platform-level microservices.

Streamlining the "All-in-One" experience so customers move between HR, Payroll, and Benefits with zero friction.

Data-Driven Innovation: Defining clear scope, epics, and user stories for new platform capabilities and technical enhancements.

Partnering with engineering to shape pragmatic, scalable solutions across our Ruby on Rails and React/Angular stack.

Driving platform quality by ensuring initiatives include robust observability, monitoring, and security considerations.

Leading discovery for platform opportunities, including technical spikes, problem framing, and outcome definition.

3–7 years of experience as a Product Owner in SaaS, specifically within platform, shared services, or infrastructure-adjacent areas.

• Technical Literacy: Comfort validating RESTful APIs and a solid understanding of microservices, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to align diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• A high bar for quality in PRDs and the ability to make prioritization decisions grounded in data and evidence.
• A track record of simplifying complex technical problems into actionable delivery phases.
• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• You will work remotely, with the flexibility to own your time and impact
