Warehouse & Fabrication Associate

At Gripple Canada Inc we design, manufacture, and sell innovative, patented products for the construction, agriculture, solar and infrastructure markets.
We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team. Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working in an environment where continuous improvement is the norm? With offices in Sheffield-England, Chicago-USA, Obernai-France, New Delhi-India and Oakville-Canada, we manufacture and sell our patented, time saving products worldwide into the construction, solar, civil and agriculture market. Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Oakville site, you will be provided with training to work within warehouse operations and become an integral part of the operations team. Warehouse duties will include the following:
Packing accessories in line with customer-specific deadlines
Participating in regular inventory counts
Maintenance of 5S standards and general housekeeping
Using IT systems (E8) to maintain accurate stock levels and update works orders
The position is full time, and will involve working regular day shifts, Monday to Friday. Night shift and weekend work could also be required to meet the demands of the business.
Ideally you will have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing background and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Flexible to the requirements of working within a small team with a willingness to be able to work time sensitive deadlines
Able to prioritise tasks to maintain an effective operation & accurate warehouse
Forklift trained and qualified (essential)
Computer literate
