Our Distribution group is currently looking to add a Hydrovac Dispatcher to our team, based in Sherwood Park, AB. Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented dispatch professional with experience coordinating field operations, assigning crews, and ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between field staff and clients to support our Hydrovac operations. Schedule and dispatch hydrovac units and operators to job sites
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and field crews
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Optimize routing and crew utilization to maximize efficiency
Experience in operations, field coordination, or previous dispatch experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining spreadsheets
Strong overall computer skills and adaptability to new systems
