Greet Guests with a warm, professional demeanor as they arrive at our facility, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
Valet Services: Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage vehicles with a high standard of care and attention to detail, treating each vehicle as if it were your own.
Concierge Assistance: Provide a range of concierge services, including arranging transportation, answering questions about vehicle features, and offering directions and recommendations to enhance the Guest experience.
Luxury Experience: Make every interaction memorable by anticipating client needs, personalizing your service approach, and creating a relaxing, high-quality experience from start to finish.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of each vehicle for any pre-existing damage, communicating findings to guests and team members to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings.
Logistics Support: Organize the flow of vehicles in the facility, ensuring efficiency and maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas where Guests and their vehicles are present.
Customer Communication: Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines, protecting the safety of clients, their vehicles, and colleagues while on the job.
You need these qualifications
Experience : We’re looking for individuals with a strong customer service ethic who exemplifies professional conduct and presentation.
Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. A valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to work on your feet, and quickly move and park cars, including manual transmission vehicles.
