About the Role: As a Wellness Concierge at Tonic Spa, you are a key part of the guest experience, blending attentive service with hands-on operational and facilities support. You’ll help create a calm, welcoming environment by engaging with guests, guiding them through wellness services, and ensuring all spa spaces are clean, organized, and ready throughout the day. From hosting spa tours and delivering tea service to supporting wellness therapies and maintaining shared areas, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in both guest care and behind-the-scenes excellence. Welcome and support guests with warm, personalized service from arrival to departure

Conduct spa tours, explaining facilities and services in a clear and engaging manner

Perform ongoing facilities upkeep throughout the day to ensure spaces remain organized, stocked, and guest-ready

Provide attentive tea and beverage service on the all-season patio

Support the turnover of treatment rooms between hot/cold contrast therapy appointments

Participate in training and ongoing development to enhance service and wellness knowledge

Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily spa operations

You are genuinely passionate about delivering luxury guest experiences and thrive on creating memorable moments through attentive, personalized service.

You have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring immaculate presentation of facilities and anticipating guest needs before they arise.

You remain composed under pressure, finding creative solutions to unexpected challenges while maintaining the highest service standards.

You efficiently juggle multiple responsibilities, from guest interactions to facility maintenance, without compromising quality or attention.

1-3 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, preferably within a luxury spa or wellness environment.

• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in booking or reservation systems preferred. (Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
• Deep passion for wellness, health, and fitness, with a genuine commitment to personal well-being and professional excellence.
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per week.
• Highly independent and self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership qualities and a dedication to delivering an unparalleled guest experience.
