Finance Manager - Bank H/F

At Toptable, we believe the heart of every restaurant lies in its kitchen, delivering unforgettable dining moments for our guests.
Provide leadership to the accounting department and liaise with restaurant office managers
Review and assist in preparation of monthly working papers and GL reconciliations
Prepare working papers for annual audit and coordinate any audit inquiries
Manage finance systems and make recommendations in conjunction with Senior Accountant
Participate in monthly restaurant review with restaurant teams and VP Finance
Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed
Prepare quarterly bank reporting and compliance
Prepare tax working papers and liaise with tax department
Support the finance team and VP Finance
Various ad hoc and special projects
CPA accounting designation with at least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience post designation
Hospitality, specifically food and beverage experience is preferred
Proven experience managing, leading and motivating finance and accounting staff
Excellent knowledge of Excel, with proficient knowledge of word
Understanding of restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems an asset
