Market Development (Marketing) Manager
$40 per hourTemporary
Our client, a leading digital banking organization, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team for an initial 1 year contract.
This role is hybrid in office 3 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday plus one floating day.
This role supports the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing communications and campaigns. The position offers strong exposure to creative marketing, paid media, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration across creative, media, operations, legal, and finance teams. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to grow, learn, and make a visible impact.
Support the execution of the annual marketing plan by assisting with campaign development and coordinating marketing communications.
Assist with creative strategy, brief development, and organization of campaign materials, supporting campaign launches across channels.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels to help reach new clients and strengthen brand presence.
Collect, organize, and analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and support campaign optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Support process improvements and uphold operational excellence in campaign execution.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within creative marketing environments.
- Experience with creative strategy, brief writing, and the ability to review and critique creative work.
- Exposure to paid media channels such as YouTube, Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok (agency experience not required).
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, media, operations, legal, and finance teams.
- French language proficiency.
Experience working in a media or creative agency environment.
