Client Services Support Officer (m/f) (H/F)

Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

As a Client Support Specialist at Yellowstone Local , you’ll serve as the go-to person for client communication and support. From managing client interactions in HubSpot CRM to managing our clients’ job ads, you’ll be a trusted partner to each account you support.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Prioritizing support activities to meet client needs and internal deadlines
Using HubSpot CRM to track all interactions, updates, and client histories
Manually source candidates through our database
Following and refining internal processes to streamline support delivery
Curating social media posts for our page and for our client’s job ads

  • 3+ years of account management or client support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or a comparable platform
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
