Empower Customers: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes.
Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
Provide On-Site Support (as needed): Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel).
Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team.
Technical Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in software implementations.
Customer Focus: Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Bilingual French proficiency.
