About the team

The GenAI Product Manager will lead the definition, delivery, and scaling of enterprise-grade GenAI products within the Solutions & Engineering (S&E) organization. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering delivery, and enterprise enablement—owning products from concept through rollout across teams.
The ideal candidate understands both GenAI capabilities (e.g., copilots, agentic AI, document intelligence, automation, workflows) and the complexities of scaling them in a regulated enterprise environment (compliance, governance, enablement, tooling, adoption).

What will your typical day look like?

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and own the end-to-end product vision for GenAI solutions (e.g., copilots, document processing, internal tools, workflows)
• Translate business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
• Align product scope with enterprise constraints and strategic decisions (e.g., platform standardization, tooling choices)
• Drive clarity on product scope vs. broader transformation efforts to ensure focused delivery
2. GenAI Solution Design & Delivery 
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to build scalable GenAI solutions (e.g., AI copilots, RAG-based applications, multi-agent solutions, document intelligence pipelines)
• Own requirements definition (user stories, features, acceptance criteria) aligned to agile delivery models
• Ensure solutions are built with enterprise-grade standards (security, privacy, performance, reliability)
• Support pilot-to-scale transitions (MVP → enterprise rollout), ensuring readiness across:
o Delivery processes
o Team enablement

3. Engineering Enablement & Tooling 
• Drive adoption of GenAI engineering platforms (e.g., AI-assisted development tooling)
• Partner with S&E leads to enable training and onboarding programs
• Ensure alignment between product needs and platform capabilities (e.g., integration between development tools, environments) 
4. Governance, Risk & Scaling 
• Embed governance, compliance, and decision frameworks into product lifecycle
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to:
o Scaling GenAI solutions faster than governance enablement
o Lack of clear policies, approvals, or decision forums
• Drive creation of:
o Product guardrails and usage policies
o Approval workflows and governance checkpoints
5. Stakeholder Management & Adoption 
• Act as the primary interface across business, engineering, procurement, and leadership
• Lead product communications including:
o Executive updates
o Roadmap alignment sessions
o Adoption and change management activities
• Ensure successful rollout through:
o Role-based enablement
o Just-in-time documentation and training
o Feedback loops from pilot teams to improve product-market fit 
6. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement 
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, usage, productivity gains, delivery efficiency)
• Iterate on product features based on user feedback and operational insights
• Continuously optimize for scalability, usability, and enterprise impact

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering complex products in agile environments
• Strong understanding of: 
o GenAI use cases (copilots, document processing, agents, automation)
o Software engineering practices (SDLC, DevOps, platform enablement)
• Experience operating in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., RAG pipelines, LLM-based applications, AI copilots)
• Exposure to enterprise engineering platforms (e.g., GitHub Enterprise, developer tooling ecosystems)
• Experience scaling products across multiple teams, or business units
• Familiarity with change management and enablement at scale

 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
