We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to grow our Northeast USA territory. This is a sole contributor position with end-to-end responsibility for sales performance across a large, high-potential region.

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales and strengthening LUMINOR’s presence across your territory by:
Owning and executing the sales strategy for the Northeast USA region
Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts
Identifying, prospecting, and developing new key accounts aligned with company strategy
Analyzing sales programs and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
Providing sales plans, forecasts, reports, and insights to support decision-making
5–10 years of progressive sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excited to travel 50%+
- Valid passport, driver’s license, and eligibility for cross-border travel, and no criminal record
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Key account management experience (B2B wholesale, contractor, or OEM)
Water industry experience (filtration, plumbing, pumps, etc.)
Proven success managing and growing a sales territory
Extended medical benefits and insurance
