NAVICAIT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales and Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming sales, prospecting new clients, and overseeing event logistics. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle contract negotiations and liaise effectively with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales inquiries and processes.
• Prospect new clients and build strong relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms.
• Liaise with caterers to ensure event needs are met.
• Prepare detailed floor plans for events.
• Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Coordinate with various vendors and internal team to ensure seamless event execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, logistics, or event management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the catering or events industry.
• Knowledge of event planning software.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Salary Range:

• $55,000 to $65,000 annually, plus commissions
