Join our executive team as CFO. Leading during a period of extraordinary transformation, you'll architect the financial framework that will support our journey to becoming a billion-dollar entity.
Serve as a key member of the executive team contributing to enterprise-wide strategic decisions and organizational direction
Share collective accountability with the executive team for organizational performance, cultural development, and strategic outcomes
Provide strategic oversight and direction to all accounting functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization
Partner with the CEO and Head of Acquisitions to evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including integration of recent acquisitions
Build scalable financial infrastructure capable of supporting sustainable scaling across diverse business units
Oversee capital structure to maintain 51% Indigenous ownership while securing growth funding
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team with focus on operational leaders (i.e., Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
5+ years' experience in a senior or executive leadership role

• Educational foundation with credential or designation (CPA, CFA, MBA, CGMA, etc.) in finance or related.
• Professional experience with Indigenous businesses and/or communities an asset
