Receptionist/Front Desk Customer Service

B&B Contracting Group is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our growing company on a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension up to 18 months.
The Receptionist at B&B Contracting group plays a pivotal role in managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless document management, and facilitating effective communication channels. Responsible for handling reception duties across multiple companies, they maintain an organized and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Manage reception duties, including document handling, distribution, and filing.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls across multiple companies.
Monitor office presence software.
Greet and assist all incoming guests, customers, and vendors.
Maintain inventory and manage ordering of office, coffee station, and lunchroom supplies.
Assist the Accounts Payable department by matching documents such as purchase orders and packing slips.
Oversee maintenance and stock of consumables for office copiers.
Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed.
2+ years of reception/administration experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer relations skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and is trustworthy.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to various administrative tasks as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Experience working with a switchboard an asset.
