Logistics Sales Representative Location Montréal, QC H8N 3A9 : We are accepting applications for the role of Full Time Sale Representative for TCS Customs & Logistics 1. Position. This is a full-time role in the position of Sales Representative. The full responsibilities are outlined in the attached (appendix 1). Within this position, you will report directly to the VP of Logistics and VP of Sales.
- Commencement . We are looking for a candidate to start ASAP.
- Salary . The base salary is $60,000 per year.
- Work Week . The regular work week is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm except for sales calls & tradeshows and networking events. You will need to be available for meetings in person at least a few times a week and we would like you to be in the office as often as possible.
- Benefits . There will be eligibility to participate in the Company's benefits plan immediately upon employment, wherein we offer participation in our group insurance plan and group RRSP plan.
- Vacation . The vacation entitlement will be 3 weeks of paid vacation.
7. Bonus Structure:
Commission of 12% Gross Profit on Customs Sales
Commission of 12% Gross Profit on Freight (Ground, Air, Ocean, Rail) Sales
Commissions will only be paid when salary is covered.
8. Perks: 25% RRSP contribution match. Health + Dental + Life Insurance (50% paid by company).
APPENDIX 1
- Sell TCS' core services of Ground, Ocean & Air Freight as well as Customs Brokerage.
- Meet minimum requirements of covering salary & commission as to bring profit to TCS.
- Hit monthly financial objectives for sales.
- Hit monthly objectives for qualified opportunities.
- Understand measurable pipeline growth objectives in order achieve 2,3 & 4.
- Identity, plan and attend trade shows and networking events to solicit business and represent TCS
- Identify, join and attend Trade Commission events to solicit business and represent TCS.
