Client Service Manager (Security)
Full-time
developing and coordinating implementation strategies to support the program; Assists in the development of short- and long-range goals and objectives, ensuring that such plans support the goals, policies and vision of Paladin Security Group.
- Monitor profitability of client sites utilizing Power BI and develop plans to ensure site wages increase regularly and in conjunction with cost of living and provincial minimum wage increases
- Takes ownership of staff and client issues and supports the timely response to both groups
- Performs interviews to support People & Culture to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the company’s contractual obligations
- Ensures there are thorough site training and employee orientations programs in place at all sites within the portfolio
- Monitor compliance regarding Labour Standard and Averaging Agreement to ensure employees are classified correctly
- Work with scheduling to minimize overtime to target 1%
- Visits with clients and the staff assigned to the sites regularly and ensure the needs of both the client and staff are met
- Monitors all accounts receivable of clients within the portfolio and assists accounting when needed to ensure all accounts are kept up to date
- Monitors reports and takes appropriate action on the reports that are related to sites within the portfolio
- Ensures overall coordination of Paladin contract security plans meet client expectations and industry regulations.
- Verify site staff have updated Paladin’s OH&S monthly at each site including Risk Assessments and New Employee Orientation
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree
Valid Class 5 Non GDL Drivers Licence
Valid Class 5 License
