Change Management Manager

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Change Manager to join our team. You will lead the charge in ensuring smooth transitions by applying advanced change management methodologies and fostering a proactive approach to organizational evolution. This is a 12-month contract role which requires the Change Manager to work onsite at our client's office in Toronto 4 days per week.

Strategic Impact and Visibility: You will act as a "trusted advisor" to leadership, moving beyond administrative tasks to provide high-level guidance on best practices and drive consensus-driven decisions at a program level.

• High-Stakes Financial Sector Experience: This role offers the opportunity to apply deep change management methodologies within the banking and financial services industry, a sector known for its complex, large-scale business enablement initiatives.

Strategic Leadership: Lead and coordinate end-to-end change management activities to support business initiatives, ensuring complete alignment with organizational goals.

• Integrated Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs to drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Utilize established change management frameworks (such as Triple A) to maintain consistency and alignment with organizational standards.
• Risk & Resistance Management: Proactively identify potential risks and resistance points, developing effective mitigation strategies to address them.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for leadership and project teams, guiding them on best practices for managing change and driving consensus-driven decisions.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts through data-driven metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Narrative Building: Use effective storytelling and meticulous attention to detail to prepare professional change management documentation and training plans.

Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience within the banking or financial services industry, including a strong understanding of project business management.

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing complex change management activities and driving results.
• Demonstrated ability to guide diverse teams and senior stakeholders toward informed, consensus-based decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills with a high degree of professional polish in document preparation.
• Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving; highly organized with excellent time management and the initiative to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a bonus
• Experience providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members through organizational shifts.
