We are a growing and client-focused consulting firm dedicated to providing professional accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services to businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team and support a diverse portfolio of clients.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities for multiple clients. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
Maintain client files and accounting records in accordance with firm standards.
Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping matters and information requests.
Support accountants with tax preparation, audits, and other accounting engagements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and applicable regulations.
