Customer Care Specialist (Weekend Shift)

We offer 30 minute, personal and group, training sessions. Our Fit In 30 community is supportive, caring and friendly. In attempt to provide accessible training for all we offer FREE community classes every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You can also catch us sizzling food and running an obstacle course with kids over the summer at the Cambie Village Summer Sizzler.
Perform on-going, shift-specific duties (administrative and other) related to the operations of personal training practices;
Responsible for the consistent application of existing policies and procedures including the enforcement of our established 'rules' and behavioural expectations of clients and staff;
Answer or make telephone calls, return emails and take care of client or visitor requests and inquiries. Be knowledgeable about the programs and services offered by Fit In 30 Minutes and be able to appropriately respond to client enquiries, to educate clients about the scope of Fit In 30 Minutes and how the studio can help them attain their health and fitness goals;
Assist in the promotion of programs, services and memberships and provide information to prospective clients who enter the studio seeking information about what Fit In 30 Minutes has to offer
Minimum 2 years of customer service, clerical and administrative experience;
Post-secondary education with a focus on Kinesiology, Health Sciences or related field a strong asset
Computer experience, including Google and Mac applications
Delivery of exceptional client service experience
