Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. Maintain and update telephone lists.

Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.

High school or college diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office .
• Bilingual (French and English)] Requires responding to calls and providing services to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
• No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
