2 jours par semaine, de 8 h 30 à 17 h
Maintenir à jour le calendrier de conservation des documents en vertu de la Loi sur les archives et s’assurer de son application;
S’assurer de respecter les lois et règlements relatifs au domaine des archives et les guides émis par la Bibliothèque nationale des archives du Québec (BanQ);
Conseiller, former et apporter une assistance technique au personnel des différents services sur l’utilisation des outils en gestion des documents et des archives;
Proposer des politiques, des directives, des normes et des procédures concernant les diverses fonctions archivistiques;
Améliorer les programmes de gestion des archives et les applications informatiques destinées aux archives, telles que la gestion électronique des documents (GED) ou la gestion intégrée des documents (GID).
* Les personnes en poste peuvent être appelées à s’acquérir de toutes autres tâches connexes demandées.
Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en documentation, archivistique ou tout autre formation équivalente;
Un emploi à temps partiel bien rémunéré;
L’accès à un programme d’aide aux employé(e)s.
