Tes responsabilités principales :
Contribuer au développement des affaires en ciblant les petits comptes et nouveaux clients en lien avec les objectifs de croissance de lentreprise
Assurer le suivi rigoureux des opportunités des ouvertures de comptes et des ventes récurrentes et produire des rapports réguliers sur les activités et résultats
Gérer un portefeuille de petits clients de façon proactive afin datteindre les objectifs de ventes et de rétention
Prendre en charge le processus de développement de comptes de la qualification des prospects jusquà lactivation du compte et la première commande
Maintenir un processus structuré de gestion des comptes et des opportunités à laide du CRM
Collaborer étroitement avec les directeurs de compte pour assurer une transition fluide des comptes à potentiel plus élevé
Conseiller les clients et prospects sur les produits et marques offertes selon leurs besoins et les objectifs de lentreprise
Maintenir à jour ses connaissances sur les produits le marché et lindustrie du pneu
Expérience pertinente en vente interne service à la clientèle (3 à 5 ans selon le profil recherché)
Bonne compréhension des processus de vente et du cycle de développement client
Orientation marquée vers le service client et les résultats
Esprit déquipe et collaboration avec les ventes de terrains
Bilinguisme (français/anglais niveau avancé) requis en raison des activités de lorganisation à léchelle nationale et de la nécessité dune communication efficace entre les différentes régions.
