Weekend Shift

Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm Position Summary
The Forklift Operator I is responsible for safely operating basic powered material handling equipment (excluding Order Picker, Turret, and Drexel) to support product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. This role ensures product safety, quality, and legality while maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.
Perform full-case order picking for replenishment, customer orders, and packaging components.
Retrieve and put away pallets in narrow aisle bulk rack storage systems.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure transaction accuracy.
Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines using equipment or manual handling.
Sort and build product pallets to meet customer specifications.
Maintain storage location accuracy through daily cycle counts and inventory maintenance tasks.
Perform other distribution functions as needed based on business volume and operational needs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to operate basic powered material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet jack, forklift).
Customer service oriented and strong team player.

If the incumbent resides in province of Quebec, Functional French (written and spoken) is required.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Ability to sit/walk/stand for duration of shift
Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.

The incumbent of this position is expected to perform all other duties as assigned, must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training, must be able to operate in an PC windows environment, have the ability to successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable and work varying shifts based on business needs. If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, functional French (written and spoken) is required.

Candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency must have a valid driver's license (e.g. Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.
