Our client, a non-profit organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dynamic and highly capable Director, Finance and Administration to be a pivotal member of their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile professional to serve as the right-hand person to a dedicated leader, managing diverse financial and administrative responsibilities across multiple key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment that demands both strategic financial oversight and hands‑on administrative support. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial functions, supporting innovative projects, and engaging with a variety of stakeholders from board members to corporate sponsors.

Act as a critical support to the organizational leader, handling tasks ranging from high-level finance and strategic reporting to administrative duties like preparing board meeting materials and ensuring operational readiness.

Manage all finance entries, including granular invoice processing in Sage Simply Accounting, and develop strategic financial reports for board and audit committee meetings.

Lead the annual audit process, including working closely with auditors and managing the AGM timeline.

Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors, embodying enthusiasm and empathy.

Provide on-site support and ensure resources are available for the robotic training center, especially during courses.

Demonstrated willingness and ability to perform tasks at all levels, from administrative to strategic. Proven enthusiasm and empathy for engaging with corporate sponsors and diverse stakeholders. Experience in not-for-profit, government, corporate sponsorships, or healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
