Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a Parts Department within our GTA network, with further details shared during the interview process.

Manage

ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory levels to ensure efficiency

and maintain effective inventory control processes to minimize losses and

regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance

exceptional service to both internal departments and external customers

customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate parts

customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly

high customer satisfaction scores at all times

department performance against financial targets and KPIs

opportunities for revenue growth and cost control

compliance with all company policies, manufacturer standards, and

regulatory requirements

strong profitability while keeping expenses under strict control

years of Parts Management experience in a dealership environment

• years of experience as a Parts Advisor or Inventory Clerk (preferred)
• knowledge of automotive parts and applications
• leadership and people-management capabilities
• customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• with inventory management systems and OEM communication
