(CAN) PART-TIME Pharmacy Assistant

Pharmasave #444 Idylwyld is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistan t to join our team in Saskatoon , Saskatchewan. Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high-quality patient care
Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with entering, labelling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician
Receive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory audits
Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized; Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a retail pharmacy with a preliminary understanding of the pharmacy business.
Proficiency with Kroll, along with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in prescription data entry, is considered an asset.
Completion of a pharmacy assistant program is an asset.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
22.50 hours per week (Part-time)
~ The typical shifts for this position are Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. Candidates should have open availability and be flexible to work three shifts per week, with each shift consisting of 7.5 hours.
