CHEF DE SECTEUR - SUPPORT F/H

Entrepreneurs' Organization

Join the Entrepreneurs’ Organization as a Regional Manager to foster relationships and drive chapter success across Canada. Support leadership effectiveness and sustainable growth in a collaborative environment.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with chapter leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with EO's standards and priorities. You will manage up to 14 chapters while addressing key operational issues and implementing growth initiatives. Your strategic vision will shape decisions that impact regional execution and chapter health.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary liaison for chapter interactions
Support strategic planning and implementation
Manage chapter health and growth strategies
Organize and facilitate leadership summits
Analyze data for decision-making insights

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or related experience
3-5 years in engagement or program management
Proficient in stakeholder management
Background in membership-based organizations
Ability to engage in regional travel (up to 35%)

Utilize your strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities to enhance EO's mission and support chapters across Canada.
