Construction Estimator/salesperson

As the Lead Project Estimator, you’ll oversee the end-to-end estimating process for landscape, irrigation, and hardscape construction projects. This role requires a sharp analytical eye, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure projects are accurately estimated and executed smoothly.
Analyze project scopes and review specifications to determine precise requirements.
Identify materials and labor needs, obtaining subcontractor bids and proposals.
Present and successfully sell projects.
Maintain and update project cost data for continuous improvement and future reference.
Conduct quantity takeoffs and attend client meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
Present proposals confidently to clients, managing follow-up communications to close sales.

The person does NOT have to have a landscape background but some horizontal construction industry experience.
WE ARE FOCUSED on someone who has construction estimating and SALES experience.
Proven experience in construction estimating, ideally within landscape, irrigation, or hardscape projects.
Sales experience must have.
Knowledgeable in plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape features.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, landscape architecture, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
