Accounting Technician, Bank Reconciliation

The Company is a client-focused CPA firm serving individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience with QuickBooks Online, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping needs. S. market, serving U.S. federal and state tax framework.
Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification highly preferred
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
S. tax preparation, including business and/or individual tax returns
Prior experience in a public accounting or client accounting services environment
