Director Of Operations (Warehouse and Logistics)

1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

We’re seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, who can bring out the best in his/her team. The Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations supervises and coordinates activities of workers by determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow by properly utilizing employees and their hours. Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse

• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Implement continuous improvement action plans

2 years of relevant work experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field

• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
• Experience with inventory cycle counts
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Job duties performed in both an office environment and a light industrial environment, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office equipment and industrial equipment.
