Showroom Supervisor

Our Showroom Supervisor has a direct impact on the customer experience through leadership, business development and direct sales. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the Showroom Supervisor is to assist and guide with the overall plan of streamlining the vision of Robinson Showrooms. Please note that ROBINSON Showrooms are open Monday-Saturday. The Showroom Supervisor schedule is based on business needs. What you will do:

• Providing day-to-day leadership and direction to the team by communicating job expectations, providing coaching, as required
• Ensuring the team are being continually trained in skills required to perform their job duties and deliver a high standard of customer service including computer skills, product knowledge, and customer relations
• Communicating and enforcing the customer service policies, procedures, and standards to the team
• Leading by example, demonstrating excellence in customer service and cultivating an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork in providing customer service
• Working with Showroom Manager to schedule staff development and training activities
• Ensuring the showroom is kept clean and exceeds visual standards
• Taking branch lead responsibilities when manager is away
• Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

About You:

• You are passionate about creating a memorable customer experience
• You have a keen eye for design, are passionate about your work and are reliable and accountable
• You have experience in a specialty retail setting, and have gained your skills in a branch operation or working in a supplier environment
• Your knowledge and experience in the plumbing industry or product knowledge would be an asset but are not a ‘must-have'
• You have management or supervisory skills
• You can demonstrate the ability to grow team sales and KPIs
