We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests.
Assist servers in expediting guests' meal and drink orders.
Provide a positive atmosphere.
Attends to guests' needs and requests.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns.
Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Willingness to learn and can take direction
Works well in a team environment
Can handle a fast-paced and demanding environment
