Aaltos Restaurant is hiring experienced Servers to join our professional, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
We are a hotel restaurant offering buffet-style service, along with à la carte menu options. This role is ideal for individuals who value structure, clear standards, teamwork, and consistent service quality.
We are looking for team members who understand that cleanliness, standards, punctuality, communication, and guest service are all equally important parts of the job.
Delivering consistent and attentive customer service
Completing cleaning and side duties during and after shifts
Following all service, hygiene, and operational standards
Communicating proactively if issues arise during a shift
Minimum 6 months of serving experience
Ability to follow company service and hygiene standards
Educational Scholarships and financial assistance.
