Billing Specialist (Fixed Term)

Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Position Overview: Finning Canada is looking to hire a Temporary Invoicing Entry Clerk for 12-months who will be responsible for entering invoices into customer portals. Working with internal departments to resolve any billing errors. The role is based in North-West Edmonton and is a Hybrid role with 3-days a week in the office and the hourly rate for this role is $23 to $25 per hour.
Daily entries of invoicing transactions into the customer’s AP system
Reviewing previous days billing, ensuring the correct backup is included for entry into external AP portals.
Working with internal and external customers 10%
Work with branches, Shared Service and Customer Account Rep to clean up old unpaid invoice.
Enabling new customer in AP portals
Process Improvement/Automation
Previous administrative, data entry, or invoicing experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ariba or Fieldglass) is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and reviewing data.
