TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Contracts Technician role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Compile and organize contract files for internal reviews and audits.
Coordinate pre-qualification processes for vendors and subcontractors.
Input and manage data across various platforms including ERP and contract management systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Collaborate with project teams to support contract close-out procedures and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Assist in the preparation and organization of contract-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a contract administration, procurement, or project support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is an asset.
