ERP Sustainment Operations Manager

We design, manufacture, and market electrical, electronic, and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cables, and interconnect systems. Our products serve primary markets such as communications, aerospace, military electronics, automotive, transportation, and industrial applications. The ERP Sustainment Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing support of HSIO's global ERP environment. This role leads day-to-day ERP sustainment operations, including incident management, user support, vendor coordination, and operational prioritization across support, enhancements, and minor initiatives.

Manage ERP AMS vendors and system integrators

Monitor support metrics and drive continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
