Assistant Manager - FP&A

Our client is a designer and manufacturer of water electrolyzers. They are looking for an Assistant Manager -FP&A to join their team!
Flexible hours
Prepare management reporting packages, KPIs, and executive-level financial insights
Build and maintain financial models related to capital projects, R&D initiatives, and operating performance
Partner with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations in accordance with IFRS
Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
Strong experience with government grants, subsidies, or public funding is an asset
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience in clean tech, manufacturing, R&D-focused environments is an asset
