Mission Our client is a growing logistics and transportation services provider known for its customer-focused approach and operational excellence. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team.

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments from pickup through final delivery. Acting as a key point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams, you will help ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer service.

Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery;

• Serve as the liaison between customers, carriers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders;
• Respond to customer inquiries and professionally manage issues and escalations;
• Prepare, review, and manage transportation documentation;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in internal systems;
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your profile • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 3PL or transportation environment;
• Experience coordinating freight and managing multiple shipments simultaneously;
• Strong communication skills in both English and French;
• Ability to work on-site in Kirkland.

Full-time permanent position;

• Day shift, Monday to Friday;
