Full-Time WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. provides top global logistics solutions to over 1,000 clients in services including Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Cargo Projects.
Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of medical equipment.
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, promoting a positive and safety-first culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Health Canada regulations, and relevant industry standards.
Implement and maintain inventory control processes to track and manage stock accurately.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Collaborate with e-commerce and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
Experience using handheld barcode scanners for picking, packing, and put-away processes.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment in Brampton

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
